The SC Rural Infrastructure Authority and the SC Department of Health and Environmental Control will be holding a free one day workshop to provide information on how to access the Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds (SRF) and how to implement approved projects. The workshop will offer a General Overview and two program breakout sessions:



Track I: Technical topics will include project questionnaires, project selection, preliminary engineering reports, permitting and implementation of federal requirements.



Track II: Financial topics will include loan terms, policies, applications and loan closing requirements.



Who Should Attend:

Utilities and financial representatives of local governments, special purpose districts, and public works commissions as well as engineers and other interested persons.


When:  Thursday, March 10, 2016


Where:  SC State Museum, in the Vista Meeting Room at 301 Gervais Street, Columbia, SC 29214. Free parking available.
